4 free Lovable skills I use every week

Event pages, promo visuals, an ecosystem CRM and a 5-day founder playbook. The files I actually use, written down so your Lovable agent starts with the same context.

I am not a developer. I have shipped seven products with Lovable, and most of what made them work was not code. It was context: knowing what an event page needs, how a launch visual should look, how to structure a partner list so it survives past week two. I kept rewriting that context in every new project. So I wrote it down once, as skills, and made four of them free.

A skill is a short file you add to Lovable. It gives the agent a set of rules and patterns before you type a single prompt. Instead of explaining for the fifth time how a meetup sign-up should work, you add the skill and ask for the page. The agent already knows the structure.

The Event & Community Kit comes from running Monthly Cyber Meetups in Belgrade. It covers an event page people understand in ten seconds, sign-up with confirmation and a 24-hour reminder, recurring editions each with their own page, speaker, agenda and venue blocks, and recap pages that turn every event into content you can share.

The Promo Photo & Video Kit comes from the covers and promo clips made for this site. It starts with a four-line style card you reuse in every prompt, so visuals stop looking random. Then share images, blog covers, square post images and short 9:16 promo videos built from a real still. One rule matters most: use real product screenshots, never invented interfaces.

The Ecosystem Map & CRM comes from Ecosystem Navigator, which I used to map startup ecosystems across 11 countries. It gives you a ready data model for people, organizations and events, a table view with filters and CSV import, a tabletop board to move partners through stages, a network map of who is connected to whom, and a dashboard of overdue next steps.

The Non-technical Founder Playbook is how I actually go from idea to a first working product in about five days. The one-sentence test before you build, a day-by-day plan from one screen to launch, what to cut and park on a later list, launching to ten named people instead of a crowd, and what to measure in week one.

There is no accelerator template in the kit, on purpose. Program design depends too much on the people, the funders and the region to fit in a file.

How to use it: download a skill from zarkoantanaskovic.com/free, open your Lovable project, press + in the chat and choose Add skill. Then ask for what you need in plain words. That is the whole setup.

Who it is for: community builders, program managers and founders who do not code but want to ship real things. If you use one of them, I would like to see what you build. Send it to me on LinkedIn.

Numbers

Serbian startup funding in 2026: more money, thinner middle

Serbian startups raised $43.9M in 2025. Pre-seed doubled, seed halved. Here is where early-stage money in Serbia actually comes from, with sources.

AI adoption

I'm now a Claude Community Ambassador

What it means, why I said yes, and what I'll be doing with it in Belgrade and online: hands-on sessions, real demos, and practical Claude workflows.

Ecosystem data

Serbia drops to 58th: the StartupBlink 2026 numbers and the conversion gap

Third decline in a row, Belgrade out of the global top 200, and neighbours growing four times faster. The conditions are there. The startups are not following at the same pace.

AI adoption

Claude as a co-founder: what it replaces and what it doesn't

I talked about this in front of 100 people in Belgrade and then had to keep doing it every day. Here is the honest version: what an AI partner replaces, what it does not, and where it quietly makes you worse.

Building without code

Five days, not five months: the real cost of building with Lovable

I have shipped several small products this way as a non-technical person. The build stopped being the expensive part, and something else took its place.

AI adoption

AI inside an accelerator: where it helped and where it hurt

I co-created an accelerator and run a monthly meetup and a community of 1,100+ people. AI changed parts of that work and quietly damaged others. Both lists are short and specific.

Numbers

4.55 billion euro of exports, and the part that is not ours

Serbia exported 4.55 billion euro of ICT services in 2025. It is a real number and it hides the thing that actually matters for founders here.

Numbers

Seventy-two percent want to raise, and hiring plans keep missing

The Startup Scanner surveyed 170 startups in Serbia. More of them plan to raise than ever, and for the third year in a row they hired fewer people than they said they would.

Numbers

Fifty-sixth in the world, and why the ranking is the least useful number

Serbia sat 56th in 2025 in the global startup rankings, 14th in Eastern Europe, with 305 million dollars invested since 2017. Here is what those figures do and do not tell you about Belgrade.

Building without code

I am now a Lovable Certified Partner

What the certification actually means, why I went through it as a non-technical person, and how it changes the way I build products with founders and organizations here.

Serbian ecosystem

One in three Serbian startups made no revenue at all

The 2026 Startup Scanner numbers are blunt: a third of startups here earned nothing last year, another third earned up to 50,000 euro, and a quarter are planning to raise over a million.

AI adoption

The MIT 95 percent number, read closely

MIT's NANDA researchers found that 95 percent of enterprise generative AI pilots produce no measurable return. Read closely, that is not a verdict on the technology.

AI adoption

The gap is not the technology, it is the readiness

What I keep seeing between what frontier tools can already do and what organizations here are set up to absorb, and what actually closes that gap.

Regional ecosystem

398 million euro, 109 deals, and what that means from Belgrade

Southeast Europe attracted 398.3 million euro of venture capital across 109 transactions in 2025, up nearly 40 percent. Here is what that scale actually implies for founders here.

Regional cybersecurity

Nineteen startups in eleven countries

The mapping of early-stage cybersecurity startups across Southeast Europe, and why only two confirmed active product startups sit in Serbia.

Building without code

Non-technical, on purpose

Notes from shipping small products with AI tooling: what these tools genuinely do, where they stop, and why I would rather find out from the inside.
