Early-stage AI SaaS (global)

Problem: Needed a repeatable way to sell through other people, not only through the founders.
What I did: Designed a single-tier ambassador program with revenue-share commissions, quarterly payouts and referral-code attribution, plus a scenario-based financial model. Built a community roadmap from closed groups to an open Discord, with founders building in public. Opened a partnership conversation with a university faculty.
